Colourbyte is a leading UK supplier of wide-format printers, RIP software and colour-managed print solutions.
We’re looking for an experienced large-format print professional to join our Hemel Hempstead showroom team.
This is an applications-focused workflow and colour management role - not a hardware repair engineer position and not an IT support role.
What You'll Be Doing
* Installing and configuring wide-format printers and finishing equipment
* Setting up and optimising RIP software (ONYX, EFI, CADLINK)
* Colour profiling and media testing
* Delivering customer training and demonstrations
* Producing samples and supporting the sales team
* Maintaining showroom equipment in demo-ready condition
* Occasional UK customer site installations
This role is primarily showroom-based, with structured customer site visits when required.
Applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance of Hemel Hempstead.
Essential Experience
* Hands-on experience using wide-format printers in a production or application environment
* Strong working knowledge of RIP software (ONYX, EFI or similar)
* Experience with colour management and media profiling
* Background in signage, graphics or large-format production
* Confident customer-facing communication
* Full UK driving licence

Package
* £38,000–£45,000 depending on experience
* Fully expensed electric company vehicle (low BIK)
* Discretionary annual bonus

* Monday–Friday, 9–5:30 (no callout rota)
