Opportunities have arisen for enthusiastic individual to work as a Family Support Worker within the School Nursing Team. The School Nursing Service works with a varied client population, including children and young people aged 5-19 yrs of age and covers the geographical areas of Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire. The successful candidates should have a Diploma / Certificate of Higher Education in Children and Young People’s Health and Wellbeing or equivalent SCQF level 7/8 qualification related to children and young people and experience in working with families to support health and well being within the Scottish Government’s 10 priority pathways. Good communication and organisational skills coupled with an ability to work within a team setting as well as independently, will be essential requirements of these posts. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery may be a requirement for these posts.
