A dynamic and rapidly expanding law firm is seeking an accomplished Private Client Partner or Director to lead and grow its Private Client offering in the West Midlands. This opportunity sits within one of the largest and most respected Private Client teams in the UK, offering the chance to step into a strategic leadership role with a strong national platform.
The firm’s Birmingham office has seen significant growth in recent years and continues to be a core hub of innovation, collaboration, and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing strategic leadership and direction to the Private Client practice in Birmingham.
2. Delivering high-level advisory services across a broad range of private client matters, including:Wills and estate planningTrusts and succession planningProbate and estate administrationLasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
3. Building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families in business, and landed estates — both domestic and international.
4. Collaborating closely with colleagues in property, corporate, and family law to provide integrated legal solutions.
5. Mentoring and supporting the development of junior Lawyers and promoting a culture of excellence.
6. Taking an active role in business development initiatives and raising the team’s profile across the region.
