The role sits within a team of 8 in marketing but has mass expansion plans!
Some Key Duties
* Project manage and amend when needed when needed key collaterals: brochures, digital content, websites, floor plans.
* Writing and proofing copy for a range of marketing platforms & materials including websites, emails and brochures
* To take the lead on all communications across the business
* To deliver campaign idea's to key stakeholders
* Work with appointed digital & offline agencies
* Lead the day-to-day management of the social media/PPC campaigns: paid and organic, incorporating the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing
* Prepare monthly reports
Experience
* At least 2 years’ marketing experience within B2C real estate
