Michael Page is looking for an experienced Debt Customer Service Advisor to join a reputable organisation within the Energy Sector. This is a permanent, full‑time role based in Leeds.
Base pay range

Description
As a Debt Customer Service Advisor you will engage in consultative conversations with businesses to manage arrears. You will take payments, set up suitable payment plans, and ensure recovery targets and service level agreements are met. Primary communication will be via telephone and email, with supporting administrative duties. The role also involves supporting the offshore team with customer service queries to deliver timely resolutions for our client.
