Job Overview
As an InHealth PET‑CT Radiographer/Technologist you will undertake PET‑CT imaging procedures efficiently and effectively for both public and private sectors, adhering to best practice of radiographic technique while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform PET‑CT imaging procedures to the highest standards for NHS and private patients.
* Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the scanning process.
* Operate cutting‑edge imaging equipment in compliance with best practices.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations including GDPR and the Caldicott Principles.
* Contribute to service development, mentor colleagues, and expand PET‑CT expertise.
* Participate in individual performance appraisal review systems.
* Travel nationally to attend training courses as required.
Key Requirements
* BSc in Radiography, BSc in Nuclear Medicine, or equivalent.
* Previous experience within PET‑CT or Nuclear Medicine.
* Knowledge of patient care, safety protocols, and infection control.
* Technical and IT skills with attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Team‑player mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Location, Salary, Hours
* Location: Nottingham Specialist Imaging Centre
* Salary: Competitive + great benefits
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (as per local rota)
