IT Support Analyst
Job Description:
We’re seeking a IT Support Analyst who can join us on this journey, using his or her technological
skills to make us more efficient. In this role, you will provide hardware & software assistance and 1st
line IT support to our users and provide Training. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on
the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall support and
growth.
Responsibilities:
The following (non exhaustive) list details the main responsibilities of the Junior IT Helpdesk role:
* To provide 1 st line IT Support to all employees across multiple company sites.
* Solving Support Tickets.
* Resolving Printer and Connectivity issues.
* Cable patching, cable management etc.
* Maintaining cabling and keeping Server Rooms tidy.
* To support other IT staff members to ensure all IT documentation is up to date.
* Managing spare parts and consumables.
* Resolving business systems issues
* Working on Project deliverables.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
* Proven helpdesk experience.
* Broad knowledge and experience in Printers, Networking, Switches, Wi-Fi
* Excellent Skills in Mac OS, iOS, Windows Platform’s, Microsoft Office for Mac.
* Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
