Job description
We are recruiting reliable, experienced hard-working Admin for a building trade customer who deals within loft ladders, sky lights and roof windows. in Swadlincote Derbyshire DE11.
1. To process orders within agreed time frames and following company procedures.
2. To provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Managing workload effectively and efficiently
4. Monitor delivery tracking
5. Dealing with enquiries efficiently
6. Monitor and respond to email inboxes
7. To be proactive in identifying potential sales opportunities on the company’s website.
8. Following up on leads and supporting the online business
9. Prompt submission of paperwork to a high standard accuracy
10. Maintain records of customer discounts and monitor monthly promotions.
11. strong professional communication skills with customers, clients and colleagues
12. Ensure all invoices are sent out daily, liaising with the Accounts department for credit limit information.
13. To assist with any other duties as reasonably requested by management
14. Occasionally outbound calls to current clients and customers about promotions and check in with the occasional cold calls.
Job Types: Permanent, Office based, Full time
Salary: 25k per annum
Schedule:
15. Monday to Friday
16. 8:30am-5pm
Supplemental pay types:
17. Commission pays (uncapped) (will be explained during interview process)
Experience:
18. Good admin background minimum 1 year
19. Happy to talk on the phones
20. Accurate data entry skills
21. Emailing handling
22. Multitasking
23. Customer service experience
