We’re partnering with a growing boutique promotional merchandise agency that creates standout branded solutions for some seriously impressive names across Retail, Consumer Electronics, and Pharma. They’re now looking for a Client Manager / Account Manager who loves building relationships and bringing creative campaigns to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on juggling projects, delighting clients, and making things happen.
The Role
* Own and nurture a portfolio of client accounts from brief to delivery
* Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a seamless client experience
* Coordinate projects, timelines, and suppliers with precision
* Spot opportunities to grow accounts while keeping details watertight
* Work closely with internal teams in a collaborative, creative environment
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in promotional merchandise, print, or POS
* Strong client management and project coordination skills
* Commercially savvy, organised, and proactive
* Comfortable working with UK & EU markets and premium brands
* A confident communicator who enjoys a fast-paced, creative setting
