Role responsibilities
1. Provide a proactive approach to office location by reviewing tea, coffee, sugar, milk and stationary levels on all floors to ensure levels remain well stocked.
2. Support colleagues with the use of the franking machine by providing guidance on usage and ensuring that the credit is topped up, and post sacks and bag labels are available with an additional supply in stock
3. Managing booking requests of the pool cars and pool bikes by ensuring the usage calendars are kept up to date and colleagues requesting usage are on the registered lists.
4. Provide a proactive and reactive service amending existing office layouts in the Collaboration area by engaging with internal stakeholders, coordinate with Workplace team to support TfW's accommodation needs and day to day operational activities.
5. Manage and record external contractor cleaning hours, input the data into SharePoint. Review bins, toilet rolls and soap dispensers to ensure they are ready for the needs of the business.
Who we’re looking for
6. Experience of engaging with and developing effective working relationships with a range of internal and external customers/stakeholders.
7. Good attention to detail, ability to identify and notify other team members regarding Health and Safety
8. Experience of planning, prioritising and delivering work to a high standard and to deadlines without supervision.
9. Good IT skills with experience of using a range of Microsoft Office
10. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
