Customer Insight Analyst
Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 1 day per week in office)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

Known for its innovation in healthcare and eCommerce, the business has seen rapid growth in recent years and is continuing to expand its analytics capabilities. The Customer Insight Analyst will play a key role in shaping customer and marketing strategies by translating behavioural data into commercial insight.
The Role
This is a hands-on role focusing on customer analytics, segmentation, and marketing performance. You’ll be responsible for building dashboards, analysing behavioural trends, and guiding strategic decisions across acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value. The role suits an analyst who’s confident with SQL, data visualisation tools like Tableau, and who can bridge the gap between data and non-technical stakeholders.
