What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing and resolving a wide range of employee relations cases, including absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary matters
* Providing guidance on well-being issues and offering coaching to line managers.
* Building strong, trusted relationships across your business areas.
* Analysing employee relations data to identify trends.
* Supporting organisational change activity including restructures, TUPE and redundancy.
* Supporting annual performance and pay review cycles.
* Championing colleague initiatives that build trust, engagement and inclusion.
About You
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
* Proven experience advising managers on complex employee relations matters.
* Excellent communication and coaching skills.
* Strong influencing and relationship-building capability.
* Degree in Human Resources or CIPD Level 5 qualification (desirable)
* Experience supporting change and TUPE activity (desirable)
