This is a flexible opportunity that works around you whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work. You will visit customers in their homes to measure and install a range of products, including shutters. Our Design Consultants process the order and take payment so you can focus on customer service. Some installers come from construction or trades backgrounds such as joiners, carpenters, and window or kitchen fitters. A strong desire to learn and our award-winning training help you succeed.

You can learn more by joining a virtual Discovery Session and asking questions to a current Advisor and an Area Manager. Discovery sessions are non-committal.
To participate, you’ll need a valid UK driving licence to travel to customers locally.
Base pay range
This range is provided by Hillarys. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
There is a one-off investment of £2995 to access the full opportunity, with flexible payment options. A professional setup includes: Training-for-life, local business support, a plan built around you, and all you’ll need to establish a professional approach from day one.
All installers are supported by a comprehensive package: training, toolkit, product samples, software, and branding materials.
Responsibilities
* Visit customers in their homes to measure and install a range of products, including shutters.
* Collaborate with Design Consultants to process orders and manage payments so you can focus on service.
* Build and maintain a local advisory business with training, tools, and support from Hillarys.
* Participate in Discovery Sessions to learn about the role and assess fit.
Qualifications
* Interest or experience in construction or trades (e.g., joiners, carpenters, window or kitchen fitters) is helpful.
* Strong desire to learn and ability to apply training to your business.
* Possess a valid UK driving licence for local travel.
