You’ll work closely with Directors and Account Executives to manage your own portfolio of SME and Mid-Market clients. From renewals to mid-term adjustments, you’ll take ownership of your caseload and ensure your clients always receive a first-class service. The Commercial Account Handler role: * Handle renewals, mid-term queries, and client correspondence. * Build strong relationships with insurers to secure competitive terms. * Deliver high-quality service in a deadline-driven environment. * Provide support on cover-related queries alongside internal claims colleagues. Our ideal Commercial Account Handler: * A proven experience in commercial insurance. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Well-organised with the ability to manage your own caseload. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurer systems. * Working towards CII qualifications (or eager to start).
