 
        
        Salaried General Dental Practitioner – Saarthy Travel Solutions
Job Summary
An exciting opportunity to join an award winning salaried dental team in a well‑equipped practice in Cheltenham. This part‑time role (15 hours per week) offers work/life balance, modern surgeries with high‑quality equipment, and robust support from a Lead Dental Nurse and Senior Lead Clinician. The position is salaried, not subject to UDA targets, with NHS pension, paid annual leave, and benefits such as sick pay, occupational health support and counselling.
Responsibilities
 * Deliver evidence‑based general dental care with a special focus on improving oral health of children.
 * Provide a full range of NHS dental treatment and preventative care to patients at Springbank Dental Clinic.
 * Perform services as agreed with the Clinical Director to support service responsibility and maintain quality and safety standards meeting CQC requirements.
 * Engage in clinical audit, peer review sessions, audit, and team meetings to uphold best practice.
 * Maintain documentation using electronic patient record systems and OPG imaging.
 * Support the multidisciplinary team and community dental service while ensuring clinical independence.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
 * Full GDC Registration.
 * Performer Number.
 * Completion of a Vocational Training Programme.
 * Understanding and evidence of participation in clinical audit.
Desirable
 * Experience providing NHS dental treatment within the GDS.
 * Experience using an electronic patient record system.
