What You’ll Be Doing As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be a vital part of the team, providing essential support on complex disputes. Your experience will be key to managing the fast-paced litigation process and ensuring seamless communication between fee earners, counsel, and clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: ● Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, counsel, and external contacts. ● Managing diaries and inboxes, including scheduling appointments, diarising hearings, and tracking critical court deadlines. ● Compiling, checking, and managing trial bundles, instructions to counsel, and court documentation using software like Bundledocs. ● Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and advice. ● Organising and maintaining case files and documents within the firm’s iManage system. ● Proactively providing prompts and reminders to fee earners to ensure deadlines are met. ● Assisting with billing processes, including diarising and chasing client payments.
