4. Monitor the marketplace, including competitor activities and emerging trends, to inform product recommendations and strategic decisions.
5. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, investigating issues, developing solutions, and providing recommendations to management.
6. Support the procurement department with accurate demand forecasting to ensure inventory alignment with customer demand.
7. Organise daily work schedules to efficiently service existing and potential customers, focusing on market share growth and customer retention.
8. Scout for new customers and actively engage in new customer acquisition strategies.
9. Participate in important fairs and maintain active contact with marketing teams to organize fair participation effectively.
10. Track sales performance, report progress, and conduct business intelligence activities in the assigned area, collecting and structuring information to support product development choices.
11. Prepare sales budgets and forecasts, aligning sales figures with strategic direction, and monitor customer payments to mitigate risks and delays effectively.
