IT Support Technician (1st Line) IT Managed Services Provider - Reading (onsite 5-days a week) Salary: up to £30K (DOE) Established for over 15 years, our client is a well-regarded MSP based in Reading, providing IT and Telecoms support to over 300 businesses across the South East. They specialise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Virtualisation, and Cloud Migrations, and are known for their friendly, customer-focused approach. Position Overview: The IT Support Technician will be part of a growing technical team, delivering high-quality 1st Line support to a diverse client base. This role is ideal for someone with solid troubleshooting skills, a passion for customer service, and a desire to grow within a dynamic MSP environment.
