We're looking for someone ready to take the next step in their career as a Claims Lead for Professional Indemnity within the Major & Complex Claims team. Key Responsibilities
This is a leadership role within our Professional Indemnity claims team, where you’ll guide a group of experienced handlers and help them thrive. You’ll oversee both Construction PI and Lloyd’s PI claims, ensuring we deliver brilliant service through strong client relationships and expert claims handling. Working closely with underwriting, product, actuarial and risk teams, you’ll share insights and help shape strategy. You’ll also build a data and reporting framework to track performance and drive growth, while supporting new and renewal business propositions.
Skills and Experience
* Strong experience handling complex construction PI claims in a lead capacity.
* Experience managing Lloyd’s claims.
* Ability to build strong client relationships and balance technical expertise with commercial thinking.
* Confident communicator and leader, with great stakeholder management skills.
* Solid understanding of legal and regulatory developments in PI.
* Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action.
