KPI Education is on the lookout for a driven, ambitious and experienced Education Recruiter to launch and lead our brand-new Special Educational Needs (SEN) desk in London. This is a unique opportunity to build your own desk from the ground up within a fast-paced, high-growth business that has built a national presence and reputation for excellence.
With our HQ in Manchester and growing regional hubs across the UK, we’re now expanding our reach further into London’s SEN market, and we’re looking for someone bold, entrepreneurial, and passionate about education recruitment to lead the charge.
The Role:
As a 360 SEN Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Launching and growing a brand-new SEN desk covering schools across London.
* Building strong relationships with SENCOs, school leaders, and support staff across primary, secondary, and specialist provisions.
* Sourcing top-tier SEN professionals, including Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, and SEN Teachers.
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition and candidate sourcing to placements and aftercare.
* Developing long-term business strategies and identifying new market opportunities.
* Working independently while having full backing and support from a highly experienced national team and leadership.
About You:
* Education recruitment experience is highly desirable – SEN experience is a bonus.
* You thrive in a target-driven environment and are motivated by building something new.
* You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, get into schools, and grow a loyal client base from scratch.
