About The Role
HC-One is looking for a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
We aim to provide a quick onboarding process from job offer to start date, ensuring a smooth transition for new colleagues.
About You
You should be organized to meet service times, capable of planning and prioritizing independently, and have a knack for following recipes accurately. Your passion for food and understanding of the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
