Process letters, and other communications daily, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Support prescription administration, collaborating closely with the PA team and Pharmacist to maintain smooth operations. Office & Clinic Room Management: Ensure clinic and office spaces are kept clean, organised, and fully stocked. Scan and process incoming post quickly and efficiently. Data Management: Management of all back office processes including questionnaires vital for our Doctors to proceed for appointments Support data collection for reporting and auditing purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Operational & Team Support: Provide administrative and operational support across both locations. Foster smooth communication between clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless workflow. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail, especially with letter processing. Proficiency in administrative systems such as email, data entry, and document scanning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. Flexibility to take on additional tasks as required. Full training and an induction period provided.
