Why this role?
Our clients depend on us every day. You'll be their point of contact — making sure shifts are covered, staff are supported, and compliance is in place. You'll also build strong relationships with care staff, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
What you'll be doing

* Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new care staff
* Writing job ads that attract the right candidates
* Handling compliance checks and references
* Keeping in touch with care staff to make sure they feel supported
* Checking in with clients to maintain and grow relationships
* Solving problems quickly and calmly when issues arise
* Taking part in a weekday on-call rota (emergencies only — you finish early on your on-call week)
This is a
people-focused role
. Most of your day will be on the phone with clients and staff, supported by admin and planning.
What's in it for you

: Direct mentoring and structured training from experienced managers
* Earning potential
: Salary plus commission — clear structure and rewards for results
* Skills
: Develop strong communication, organisation, and account management skills
* Ownership
: Build and manage your own staff pool and client accounts
* Work-life balance
: Weekday on-call only, with early finishes on your rota week
Is this you?
You'll succeed here if you:
* Have worked in recruitment, customer service, sales, hospitality, or another people-facing role
* Enjoy building relationships and supporting clients
* Stay calm and organised under pressure
* Want to be part of a supportive, busy team
* Are reliable, proactive, and confident on the phone
