Anderselite are working with an established AJ architectural practice with studios in London and Cardiff, who are seeking to appoint a talented Architectural Technologist / Technician to support the delivery of major residential and mixed-use projects. The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, producing high-quality technical drawings and coordinating documentation for large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes. You will work closely with Architects and Designers, using your technical knowledge to bring projects through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
- Work within project teams to support delivery across all RIBA stages.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards.
- Produce and manage models and drawings in Revit (AutoCAD knowledge also useful).
- Contribute to the resolution of technical and design challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage workload efficiently, delivering work to deadlines and to the highest quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ UK-based architectural experience.
- Qualified Architectural Technician / Technologist.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential AutoCAD skills advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing.
- Experience in residential or mixed-use projects highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible, proactive, and committed approach to teamwork.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
