This is a fantastic chance to blend your operational, commercial, and financial expertise—and make a tangible impact in the renewables sector.What You’ll Be DoingOversee the performance and optimisation of offshore wind assetsEnsure full compliance with commercial agreements and foster strong relationships with stakeholders (investors, OEMs, engineers, landowners)Collaborate with O&M teams to challenge and enhance operational performanceManage budgets, forecasts, financial data, and P&L for assigned sitesSupport the transition of new assets from development into commercial operationTroubleshoot cross-functional issues with technical, financial, or commercial implicationsDrive asset life extension and investment planning initiativesDeliver clear, accurate reporting and manage asset valuationsChampion robust data management and audit programmesEnsure contractual and insurance compliance across the portfolioAssist with asset acquisitions and support origination effortsWhat You’ll BringA degree in Engineering or Business (or similar discipline)2+ years’ experience in asset management within the renewable sectorStrong analytical skills with a keen eye for data and trendsConfident communicator and proactive problem-solverTeam-focused mindset with adaptability and curiosityUnderstanding of energy markets, policies, and commercial structuresProject management or financing experience a plusProficient with Microsoft Office and data systemsLocation: Teesside Wind Farm – candidates must live within a commutable distance to site.With some travel to Edinburgh/Durham/Blyth.Why Apply?
