KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – AMAZON
LEADING CONSUMER PRODUCTS BRAND
This is a key commercial role within a high‑performing retail function, owning one of the business’s largest and most strategically important accounts: Amazon UK.
Reporting into the Head of Retail Sales, you’ll take full P&L responsibility for the account, driving profitable growth through best‑in‑class forecasting, availability, range strategy and execution. You’ll operate as the Amazon lead internally, working cross‑functionally to maximise sales‑out performance across the full trading calendar.

They’re looking for someone who can:
* Own sales, stock, forecasting and profitability end‑to‑end for a major Amazon account
* Drive sales‑out through optimised availability, content, range and promotional execution
* Lead Joint Business Planning as a live commercial framework, not a static document
* Build strong, credible relationships with Amazon and internal stakeholders
* Use data, EPOS and insight to spot gaps, unlock opportunity and drive action
* Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery and attention to detail
What you’re great at
* Managing Amazon accounts with full commercial ownership (revenue, margin, forecast, costs)
* Forecasting and availability management, with a strong understanding of EPOS and supply chain dynamics
* Building and delivering JBPs, including promotional planning and performance tracking
* Range and pricing management in partnership with product and category teams
* Analysing performance and taking decisive action to drive growth
* Operating confidently with large, complex retail partners
Experience required
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a commercial or account management role
* Proven experience managing an Amazon account
* Clear track record of delivering account growth and commercial results
* Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
