Overview
An administrator in a not‑for‑profit organisation supporting adults with learning disabilities and older people with a range of support needs. The role works with the Area Manager and provides operational and administrative support across seven services in Tower Hamlets and Wandsworth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client files in line with CQC standards, including creating and updating staff files and documentation.
- Assist Registered Managers with additional administration support during and prior to CQC and Local Authority inspections.
- Complete minutes at a variety of meetings, including HR investigations and disciplinary hearings.
- Support managers in completing internal audits and spot checks when required.
- Assist in setting up local training facilities.
- Participate in client activities when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or professional background, highly proactive and well‑organised.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task, meeting competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Warm and helpful telephone manner, able to take detailed messages and signpost appropriately.
