The Specialty Business Manager is responsible for the Theatre & Anaesthetic pathways within the specialty, ensuring operational tasks are completed to deliver the Theatre Floor Plan, with activity monitored and tracked. Knowledge of an Acute NHS Setting is essential, and familiarity with Theatres and Anaesthetics is preferred.
Leadership and management are key to the effective operation of Theatres, Anaesthetics, and Pre-op services. You will align with the Trust’s corporate objectives and contribute positively to healthcare provision.
