What You'll Be Doing

1. Supporting Property Managers and their portfolio
2. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the Property Manager or Senior PC
3. Ensuring Qube & Cheat sheets are updated with relevant information (including PA and access info)
4. Confidently issue letters via the correct correspondence on Qube (including breach of lease letters)
5. Managing MCP efficiently (i.e. adding updates where...
