School Overview
Ashdown Primary School in Crowborough is seeking two Heads of School starting September 2025:
1. One to lead our junior site with a focus on Achievement and Potential (assessment, data, and CPD).
2. One to lead our infant site with a focus on Inclusion (PP, LAC/PLAC, SEND, EAL).
We are a two-form entry split site school with a 'Good' Ofsted rating (2023).

Role Details
You will have site-specific responsibilities while overseeing whole-school duties across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, with the reassurance that ultimate accountability rests with the Head!

Working Pattern

Additional Information
Your salary will be pro-rata if part-time or term-time only. The role requires an Enhanced DBS check or equivalent. Overseas police checks are necessary if applicable. All staff must promote safeguarding and are expected to adhere to our Child Protection policies.
