Customer Service Representative Guildford, UK (office based)
Your strength
* Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
* Experience in Customer Service, ideally within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
* Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems (NAV experience is an advantage)
* Good English skills, both written and spoken
* Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
* Team spirit and enjoyment in working with customers and internal stakeholders
Your contribution
* Process customer orders from receipt through to timely delivery
* Create, update, and track orders within the ERP system
* Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
* Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments such as Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Quality
* Support returns, credit notes, and complaint handling
* Maintain customer master data, pricing information, and relevant documentation
* Work closely with freight forwarders and courier services
* Support inventory checks and help ensure accurate stock levels
* Deliver an excellent customer experience through professional and efficient service
