Job Description
An award-winning, top 200 London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join its growing Commercial Property team. Key Responsibilities Rural and Private Landed Estate Work
* Acting for private landowners (individuals, trustees, family businesses)
* Sales and purchases
* Agricultural tenancies
* Estate management, including easements and covenants
* Option and overage agreements
* Development agreements and conditional contracts (including variations and implementation)
* First registrations
* Property matters arising from private client and tax advice
Commercial Property Work
* Acting for landlords and tenants, investors, trustees, charities, and estate owners
* Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
* All aspects of landlord and tenant work (new leases, renewals, licences to assign/alter)
* Asset and estate management, including complex advisory matters
* Real estate finance
* Corporate support
Experience Required
* Qualified solicitor with 3–4 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
* Strong technical grounding with experience across a range of commercial property matters
* A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to client work
* Ability to manage relationships and positively influence stakeholders at all levels
