Your Role
You will be responsible for:
* Proactively engaging with existing mortgage clients ahead of product expiry dates to retain them
* Conducting regular check-ins via phone and occasional face-to-face meetings
* Identifying opportunities for cross-selling or referrals where appropriate
* Collaborating with advisers and admin teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
About You
* A strong background in mortgage retention, account management, or client services is essential
* Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
* Highly organised, with good CRM habits and follow-up discipline
* A self-starter who thrives on proactive outreach and relationship management
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) desirable, but not essential if you have industry knowledge
* Comfortable with a mix of remote communication and in-person meetings
