Health Care Support Worker, Trauma and Orthopaedic Ward
The Trauma and Orthopaedic (T+O) Ward are looking for an enthusiastic health care support worker who wants to make a difference.
The T+O ward admits from the Emergency Department, and the major trauma unit in Cardiff. It is an extremely busy unit comprising the Trauma Assessment Unit.
Exceptional team working is essential to this role, along with a warm and friendly bedside manner and the ability to work in a high‑pressure area. Previous experience in a hospital or acute setting is beneficial but we accept applications from those without hospital care experience.
If you’re ready to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in patients’ lives, we’d love to hear from you. Find out more about what some of our team say about working for us here: https://youtu.be/_iHxJwVLqFE
