Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of year-end statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
• Support on audits (including statutory, Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR), and grant audits)
• Work closely with Seniors and Managers on a varied client portfolio
• Assist the outsourced services team with management accounts and VAT preparation when required
• Contribute to client assignments such as cash flow forecasting and financial planning
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
What You’ll Need:
• 2+ years’ experience within a UK accountancy practice
• AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA (or actively studying)
• Experience working with clients across multiple industries
• Working knowledge of FRS 102 Section 1A
• Basic understanding of corporate tax and VAT
• Experience with accounting software, ideally including IRIS and Xero
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
