Overview

Senior Clinical Support Workers - Royal Stoke

University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for Band 2 and Band 3 roles. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role however UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa. You must have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.

This vacancy is for Senior Clinical Support Worker vacancies at Royal Stoke Hospital.

The Trust aims to foster a culture of continuous learning. We appreciate and value the contribution of our Clinical Support Worker workforce, and we support the opportunity for apprenticeships and other training to help you progress through the pay scale. Many of our Clinical Support Workers have trained to Nursing Associate level and some are now training to top up to Registered Nurses.

The role of the Senior Clinical Support Worker in the Trust is different depending upon the ward or department the role is based; however you would be delivering care and support to our patients, learning new skills in assessment and documentation, as well as working as part of the wider team to deliver an excellent patient experience.

Role and responsibilities
