Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in estimating and scheduling so this position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities. The Scheduler will work closely with Installations and Sales Managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Necessary training will be given.
Duties
* Booking survey appointments with customers
* Preparing estimates for customers
* Taking payments/invoicing
* Product ordering with suppliers
* Scheduling product installations
* Monitor progress and adjust installations schedules as necessary to meet deadlines
* Assist in the negotiation of pricing with suppliers
Requirements
* Customer Service.
* MS Office Skills.
* Experience in scheduling .
* Strong negotiation skills .
* Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
