Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven individual to join our existing team as an Administration Co-ordinator within Occupational Health. You will work as a key member of our Occupational Health team in the delivery of a professional and comprehensive Occupational Health service within the Board at a time of growth.
The role involves providing an efficient and effective administration service to the Occupational Health team, including general office duties, arranging meeting venues, coordinating diaries for Occupational Health Nurses, arranging and rescheduling clinical appointments, and maintaining/ordering office supplies.
Responsibilities
* Provide an efficient and effective administration service to the Occupational Health team.
* Carry out general office duties and maintain/order office supplies.
* Arrange meeting venues and coordinate diaries for Occupational Health Nurses.
* Arrange and reschedule clinical appointments as required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience with desktop computer systems including software packages is preferred.
* Previous NHS administrative experience would be advantageous but is not compulsory; full training will be provided.
* Excellent organisational skills, a positive approach, and the ability to work effectively within a small but busy team while adapting to diverse and variable demands.
