We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – East Anglia (On & Off-Trade)

Nocrudo is the UK’s first alcohol-free, nootropic cocktail brand. Born on a Norfolk farm and crafted for drinkers who want the first sip feeling – without the alcohol or the compromise.
We’ve just launched into trade and we’re seeing real momentum. Now we needboots on the groundto take things to the next level across East Anglia.
You’ll need to:
– Havestrong existing relationshipsacross both on- and off-trade: pubs, restaurants, delis, farm shops, wholesalers and beyond
– Be aproven closerwith experience in premium drinks or FMCG
– Know East Anglia inside out and already have venues in mind that Nocrudo should be in
– Be driven, personable and commercially sharp
– Be confident running tastings, trade days, and product training with buyers and staff
–Hold a full driving licence and ideally have your own car
– Be based in Norfolk, Suffolk or Cambridgeshire (or nearby)
What the role involves:
– Leveraging your contact book to rapidly open new accounts
– Building relationships with buyers and key decision-makers
– Supporting trade events and activations in your region
– Reporting back insights from the front line
– Working closely with our founder and marketing team to shape and grow the brand
Salary & Commission:
– £29,600 base salary
–5% commission on every deal closed
–OTE Year 1: £51,000 – £70,000
