Payroll Specialist required for our global manufacturing client. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to work with their Global HR team. As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating the payroll for all UK based staff at the plant (c600 employees). You will ensure compliance with local legislation and payroll tax requirements in the UK and prepare and file required reports. Other duties include: Assist in the preparation of the entire cycle of payroll in UK Complete special payroll & finance related projects as needed. Serves as the point of contact for all UK associates and HR Team regarding payroll inquiries. Maintain strong working relationships with Global internal teams including Human Resources and IT teams. Skills & Experience Required: Significant global Payroll experience of processing payroll and/or equivalent payroll system experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and the ability to work in an accurate way. Ability to interact in a professional manner with partners, employees and all levels of management. Maintain high level of organisation and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changes in process. Proficient in Microsoft programs to prepare reports, spreadsheets and presentations (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience of Workforce Management system advantageous.
