What You'll Do:
1. Lead with Excellence: Manage the daily operations of the reception desk, ensuring all staff provide outstanding customer service.
2. Achieve Success: Monitor and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators, such as guest satisfaction and revenue targets.
3. Inspire & Motivate: Train, coach, and motivate reception staff to deliver exceptional guest service and handle any complaints or issues.
4. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
5. Oversee Reservations: Ensure the reservations system is accurate and efficiently managed, handling guest bookings with precision.
6. Collaborate Effectively: Work with other departments to fulfill all guest requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Manage Budgets: Oversee the reception budget, including labor costs and other expenses, ensuring financial efficiency.

Ideal Candidate
24. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
25. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team
26. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
27. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
28. Experience with hotel management systems, such as PMS and reservation systems
29. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue
30. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
