ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Digital Construction Managers are a valuable part of our business, responsible for the delivery of Digital Construction/BIM-related project deliverables in coordination with other disciplines/departments. Managing Digital Programme and Budget development and contributing to Wates Digital Strategic Direction. Leading Digital Project delivery on low to medium value projects and supports delivery on larger scale projects.
As our Digital Construction Manager you will:
* Lead the coordination of Digital activities with other areas of the Digital Construction function including Information Management
* Produce Digital and BIM project documentation (e.g. BEP) in accordance with project and organisational requirements
* Produce Project Digital Performance Reports
* Support Digital Construction Strategic Activities
