About the role
You will be part of a fast‑paced team responsible for handling customer enquiries and processing orders across multiple service areas. The role involves managing communications, resolving queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery through various channels.
Key responsibilities
* Processing customer orders, quotations, and account setups
* Responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems effectively
* Supporting service improvements and contributing to customer guidance materials
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
* Providing training and support to team members when needed
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a customer service or sales support environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confident using MS Office and CRM or ERP systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
