Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the school, driving high standards of education and therapeutic care, and embedding a positive culture aligned with the organisation's values. This includes:

• Providing strategic direction and vision for the school.
• Leading a multi‑disciplinary team to achieve strong inspection outcomes.
• Ensuring a therapeutic and holistic approach to education, maintained alongside high expectations for every pupil.
• Engaging with stakeholders to promote inclusion, independence and self‑worth among students.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior leadership experience as a Headteacher or Head of School in SEN, Alternative Provision or specialist settings.
• A proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils with complex SEND needs.
• Experience of leading a multi‑disciplinary team and achieving strong inspection outcomes.
• A genuine commitment to a therapeutic and holistic approach to education combined with high expectations for every pupil.
