Senior Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: Slough and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £48,000
Holidays: 23 days plus bank holidays (raising to 25 days from April 2026)

Our client is a well-established specialist in fire alarm systems, currently expanding and investing in their engineers’ development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the engineers in the field, service, maintain and fault-find a variety of fire alarm systems (conventional, addressable, aspirating)
* 2 Days in the office, quoting customers, organising the engineers' workload, prioritising workload
* Carry out small-works installations and modifications
* Perform routine inspections and report findings accurately
* Keep vehicle stock and paperwork up to date
* Engage with clients to explain work completed and any recommendations
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in fire alarm servicing and maintenance
* Experience in quoting customers, prioritising workload and managing engineers
* Strong understanding of panels, detectors and system layouts
* Hands-on experience with Morley, Kent, C-Tec, Advanced or Honeywell systems
* Aspirating system experience is a plus
* Full UK driving licence (maximum six penalty points)
* Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
* Good communication skills and customer focus
