Role Purpose
* The Planning, Monitoring and Control (PM&C) Professional is responsible for establishing, operating, and assuring processes related to:
o Budgeting and Cost Management
o Managerial Analysis
o Time scheduling and phasing
* The role may also involve setting up, operating, and assuring aspects of Project Management Integration such as Risk & Opportunity Management.
* This role supports Portfolio, Programme, and Project Managers, as well as Service Delivery Managers, within the local Programme Management Office framework.
Common Role Accountabilities
* Promote a culture of delivery excellence within the delivery community.
* Provide best practice guidance on project management processes for project setup, control during execution, and closure.
* Perform administrative and management support activities for projects, programmes, and portfolios.
* Generate management information, including scenario modelling, to analyze project, programme, or portfolio health.
* Support governance and reporting requirements.
The responsibilities include:
* Having awareness of the project management lifecycle and supporting activities across portfolios, programmes, and projects.
* Providing comprehensive support to portfolios, programmes, and projects as per local PMO conditions.
* Managing monthly project finance activities.
* Facilitating monthly governance processes.
* Completing project setup and closure tasks.
* Producing management information.
