What you'll need to succeed You do not need to have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or subject specialism for the role. However, you must have experience working with young people either in a school setting or other environments such as youth care, social care, charity work or mentoring. Experience in behavioural management.Flexible, reliable, and proactive in supporting schools at short notice.The right to work in the UK with an enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
