The post holder will work with the Directorate Leads to ensure that the teams within the directorate deliver high, quality, safe, effective care and provide the best possible outcomes for people using our services. You will be a highly visible, compassionate leader with strong values that align with those of the organisation. You will lead by example, being a positive role model who inspires, motivates and empowers our clinicians in the safe effective delivery of care and treatment.
