Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Field Sales, the role is offered as a permanent full time position.
Details
* Salary: £35,000 to £40,000K pa - depending on sales experience + fully expensed hybrid 24 reg car - personal mileage permitted
* Bonus: paid twice a year, annually up to 12% of basic salary (KPI related)
* Bonus paid based on company sales
* Hours: core hours 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
* Requirement to cover phone out of hours on a rota basis
* Location: Kent
* Must have full UK license - max 3 points
* Must be 25 or over
* Territory: Kent, Essex, London
* Benefits: holiday - rising to 25 days + BH with service, after 6 months Health care, 4 x DIS
Responsibilities
* This role requires an experienced Business Development Manager Field Sales adept at booking face to face meetings, retaining and gaining new business opportunities.
* Arrange and book appointments for face to face site visits with customers.
* Set strategy, track, and deliver sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
* Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
* Develop positive relationships with existing customers
* Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
* Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
* Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
* Establish and grow relationships with our preferred suppliers
* Have a proven track record within a sales environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* An ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
* Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office and virtual meeting platforms
