We invite applications for the role of Project Officer within the Centre for AI Fundamentals, supporting a UKRI-funded Turing AI World-Leading Researcher Fellowship. The Centre focuses on foundational AI research and its interdisciplinary applications across academia and industry.
We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to lead on a range of administrative responsibilities, including managing communications and dissemination activities, coordinating meetings, and organising events and workshops. You will also liaise with internal and external partners and provide high-level executive support to the Centre Director. Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach are essential. This role will be based within the Research Development and Innovation team in the Faculty of Science and Engineering. The team consists of the Faculty’s Business Engagement, Research Strategy, Research Impact, and Internationalisation functions.
